Soothsayer: Beware the Ides of March

Shakespere’s Julius Caesar, Act I scene 2

After 2 1/2 extremely quiet weeks, the infamous action picked up during the evening peak hours, especially around the 15:00 hour.


Its impossible to see where the stalled vehicle was because the crews concealed it very well.  It appeared to be a sedan.


It only takes 15 minutes for this stall to clear.  Traffic only backs up for a mile with this stall, but it was enough to cause this:



This incident should had been a lot worse than it appears.  Chaos nearly happened today, but people were paying attention and the worse that came out of it was some shaken nerves.
