Storms roll in, so do the incidents

It seem like people forgot how to drive when the storms moved in last night.  Shortly after midnight, two wrecks within a 60 minute time frame happened between the river bridge and Lilac:

Since the editor was asleep at the time, no additional information can be given at the time.  Both wrecks are cleared by 02:30.
The week the editor was out of town did not go smoothly at all.  Around 11:00 on June 27, the eastbound lanes get backed up to Lilac due to an incident that happened between the river and canal bridges that take almost two hours to clear.

There will be ramp restrictions this week at the Route 3 interchange due to road work.
